I figure I need to set a few goals so that I have a clear picture of what I want to do.
1st mini goal: Get back to where my scale can register my weight! (332.5lbs)
2nd mini goal: 300 lbs
3rd mini goal: Pre-pregnancy weight (276 lbs)
4th mini goal: 250 lbs
5th mini goal: 225 lbs
6th mini goal: One-derland! (199.9 lbs)
7th mini goal: 175 lbs
8th mini goal: Run a 5k under an hour (thats just under 20 mins per hour)
9th mini goal: 150 lbs (or where my body stops)
GOAL: Maintain this healthy lifestyle!
I know I can do this!!
