Ive started eating low carb last night.
And back to the food porn!!
My dinner last night: blanched asparagus and carrot spears, chicken leg, & homemade jalapeno lime butter!!!

Breakfast & Lunch: Had this twice today. Breakfast soup! Chicken broth, sausage, celery, egg whites. Topped w/ egg yolk (the steam cooks the outside perfectly & the yolk runs into the broth to make it super rich and yummy) and hash browned turnips.

Dinner: Enchillada in a bowl w/ cauliflower-radish tortilla (the tortilla is made from this recipe! just sub half of the cauliflower for radish, leaving both raw, and no spices.)

Coffee w/ half & half and a little rice milk
