IM BACK IN THE GAME

After I found out that I had lost an amazing 21.5 lbs in only 4 weeks, I got sidetracked.. I gained 8 lbs back in just 5 days (Im sure most of it was water weight, but theres no doubt that some was fat), and I just couldnt get back on the Low Carb wagon. With Christmas and all the leftovers, it was just impossible. I am proud to say that from the 20th (they day I found out that I had gained 8 lbs ~341 lbs~) until the 28th I had gained NO weight! Then 2 days later, I was down 2.5 lbs ~338.5 lbs~! As far as I know, Im somewhere around 340 lbs.

Ive started eating low carb last night.

And back to the food porn!!


My dinner last night: blanched asparagus and carrot spears, chicken leg, & homemade jalapeno lime butter!!!

Breakfast & Lunch: Had this twice today. Breakfast soup! Chicken broth, sausage, celery, egg whites. Topped w/ egg yolk (the steam cooks the outside perfectly & the yolk runs into the broth to make it super rich and yummy) and hash browned turnips.

Dinner: Enchillada in a bowl w/ cauliflower-radish tortilla (the tortilla is made from this recipe! just sub half of the cauliflower for radish, leaving both raw, and no spices.)

Coffee w/ half & half and a little rice milk
