I struggled a bit today, but overcame it. I took my lunch with me when I went out today, and was able to stick to the plan.
I added a 1/2 tsp of feta to my chicken and broccoli, and had a handful of salad on the side. When I got home I was able to cook cookies for my husband and though I was tempted to eat one, I didn't. I then was struggling with myself because I wanted to go eat something, but I had a great dinner planned, and didn't want to ruin that by cheating. I even waited an extra half hour past my normal dinner time because I combined my daily allowances into just 2 meals. No snacks planned for today.
I know that I will more than likely struggle more tonight since I have yet to cook dinner for my husband, and Im making him one of my favorites: Biscuits and gravy! He's a skinny little thing, so he can eat stuff like that.
I had a lot of choices to make today, and Im proud to say that I made the right ones. I cant wait to see how much I have lost in the morning!
