1 week!

And still going strong! I am proud of myself today. My husband and father were eating Tunisian stew today, so I baked some nice french bread for them. It was hot, yeasty, very crusty and the inside was soooo soft... It was the PERFECT BREAD!!! It was torture having to cut it up for them and smelling it... But I DID NOT EAT IT!! Thats some true strength right there..


Breakfast: Some funky version of eggs benidict... 1/2 Flax muffin (the other half from yesterday), 3 poached eggs, 2 Tbs Ragu spaghetti sauce

My daily caffeine fix: Cafe au creme (after I drank half hehe)

Lunch: Power protein platter: 3 oz roast beef, 1 serving pepperoni nuked into chips, 1 boiled egg, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge & mustard

Dinner: Shrimp & bok choy stir fry with balsamic reduction

Treat: We took the babies to play in the snow for the 1st time! We all got hot cocoa afterwards.. Mine? Hot water, SF Hersheys and cream.
