Today didnt start off too well.. I was barely able to get my breakfast down, took to drinking hot coffee most of the day because I still wasnt feeling like I could really eat anything.. I did manage to eat most of a large salad, and finally got my appetite back around 10 pm, when I bombarded my stomach with some spicy goodness!
Coffee: Chocolate Cinnamon!
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 3 oz turkey sausage
More coffee!: Regular w/ cream & coconut oil
Lunch: 6 C mixed lettuce, 1/3 cucumber, 1 roma tomato, 2 Tbs ranch (I ate about 3/4 of this)
Dinner: Beanless chili w/ cheese & sour cream
