DAY 18

Today I had twice the carbs I should have had, because I gave into cravings and ate things that I shouldn't have, and went a little overboard.



Breakfast: Bacon, egg & cheese scramble (T of salsa on the side)

Lunch: Chicken leg, 1/4 C mashed potatoes w/ 1 T gravy, 1/3 acorn squash

Dinner: Tuna, olive, jalapeno pizza on flat out wrap
