Breakfast
: Scotch eggs, cafe au creme
Lunch
: roast beef, tomato, celery, cucumber & ranch
Dinner
: Low carb Tunisian stew (Mourga)! Made with cauliflower instead of potatoes. 1/2 of a flat out wrap, toasted to make tortilla chips.
Dessert
: Protein Pudding!
