Breakfast: Giant Scotch Egg (1 egg, 4oz turkey sausage)

Lunch Was a combo of 2 snacks. 1 oz Turkey and 5gm cheese, and 2 1/2 weight watchers chocolate eclairs! (my binge was the eclairs)


Dinner: I had a nice movie night with my DH. We shared a platter of nachos and salmon canapés (mine were flax chips and cucumber rounds again) and a big veggie tray. I ate just the celery.


1400 calories, 80 carbs, 69 Net carbs, 87g fat, 74g protein
