Day 5

Weighed myself again today... Down another 2.5 lbs!!!! Im so excited!! That puts me at 337.5.... Only 5 more lbs or so until my scale will not cringe at the sight of me :)


Breakfast: Modified SugarFreeSheila's Pancakes with homemade sausage links

Lunch: Pepperoni tacos (thats what I'll call em) and olives

Snack: Folgers Chocolate Silk Espresso with cream and coconut oil

Dinner: Lemon Peppered Chicken with bok choy and a Balsamic reduction
